SPRING RACING HEADPIECES

Millinery is art in motion - this spring racing, let sculptural headpieces and bold headbands remind the world that life is far too short to disappear into the crowd.

A'EL ESTE's millinery and headband edit is built for Australia's Spring Racing Carnival, running September to November across Flemington, Randwick and Morphettville, with Melbourne Cup Day on Tuesday 4 November 2026. Every piece works across the carnival's four dress codes: Derby Day monochrome, Oaks Day florals and pastels, Melbourne Cup colour statements, and The Everest's modern, less formal edge at Randwick.

Each headpiece is designed and made as a modern, unique take on millinery, not mass-produced racewear. The range spans structured fascinators, sculptural headbands and veils, in mint, hot pink and magenta, burgundy, buttercup yellow and every other trending shade this season, from cobalt and emerald through to blush and metallic neutrals. If a colour is trending for 2026 and 2027, you'll find it here.

Every piece is designed to pair with cocktail-length dresses, tailored suiting or athleisure-influenced race-day looks, so the headpiece completes the outfit rather than fighting it. Whether you want minimal and tailored or bold and sculptural, this collection covers the full carnival calendar in one place.
