Our head designer Ashlee Lauren has 3 -4 exclusive allocated custom design spaces each year for couture designs. If you would like to enquire, please email: hello@aeleste.com

If the product you want is in stock, yes we will do our best to ship out to you within 12-24 hours Monday -Friday. For Australian customers, you can use the courier option which gets you more reliable tracking options, however like most logistics - we cannot guarantee shipping times.

All of our headbands and crowns are made to fit all shapes and sizes. There is a built in adjustable wire that can be carefully moved to make it tighter or looser depending on your requirements. To watch how we adjust please see the Video HERE (coming soon)

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic regular shipping within Australia can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.

International shipping could take up to 21 business days.

Due to customs processes in each individual country - shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we offer free regular shipping within Australia for all orders over AU$200.

For international orders, we offer free regular shipping for orders over AU$600.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

We use Australia Post and you can choose from regular or express delivery.

We cannot guarantee shipping times in all areas due to Customs delays.

Regular International Post is 14-21 days + processing time.

Express International Post is 10-12 days + Processing time.

We ship to all countries that Australia Post are able to send to. Please see HERE for more information.

Returns & Refunds

No, we only offer store credits for change of mind.

A credit request can be submitted within 5 business days after the product is received. You can do this by emailing us: hello@aeleste.com

If you have notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package that you would like a store credit or exchange, you will get a credit for the price of the product (what you paid at the time of purchase) minus postage.

You are responsible for any costs involved with shipping the product back to us and providing a tracking number. If the parcel is lost and you do not have tracking, we cannot honour the credit or exchange.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are not eligible for a credit or exchange.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a credit or exchange.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a credit.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover items that have not followed care instructions such as items that have been dropped, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.
