Terms and Conditions for Instagram Competition

This competition is being run by A'el Este and Fox & Fallow (the “Promoters”). By entering, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Competition Period

The competition starts on Thursday, 9th January 2025 at 6:00 PM EST and ends on Sunday, 26th January 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years or older. Employees of A'el Este, Fox & Fallow, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

Follow both @ael.este and @foxandfallow on Instagram.

Like the competition post.

Tag 3 friends in the comments of the competition post who are either recently engaged or who would love our brands.

Participants can enter multiple times, provided different friends are tagged in each comment. Private accounts must ensure their profiles are public at the time of the draw to verify entry requirements.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be drawn at random using competition software on Monday, 27th January 2025.

The draw will only include entries that have met all outlined terms and conditions.

The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories and/or contacted through direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Prize

The winner will receive the following prize package valued at $519.90 AUD:

$200 Digital Voucher to use on the Fox & Fallow website.

A'el Este Seraphina Perfume, valued at $139.95 AUD.

Joya Pearl Earrings, valued at $79.95 AUD.

$100 Digital Store Credit for A'el Este.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. General Conditions

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entries and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. The Promoters also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if required.

7. Data Usage

Personal information provided as part of this competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoters’ privacy policies.

8. Liability

The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.

9. Agreement to Terms

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
